BREATH TAKING VIEW
Upon entering the living room of Villa Moraira your attention is automatically drawn to the beautiful view. The glass façade, with a length of 10 meters is overlooking the valley and the Mediterranean and gives access to a large covered terrace. Both, the living room and the terrace, are equipped with comfortable designer couches and chairs. The terrace floor is partly constructed from glass and offers a view at the swimming pool below.
DINING
The dining area and the kitchen at Villa Moraira are connected to the living room. The kitchen with a large cooking island is very well equipped, including two fridges, a freezer, a large induction cooker, a steam oven, a microwave oven and a plate heater making cooking a pleasure. Two dishwashers make hand dishwashing unnecessary. With the push of a button a screen can be lowered to separate the dining area from the kitchen. However, you will usually enjoy dining outside.
The large table on the terrace adjacent to the kitchen allows dining in the sun, but also offers the possibility dining in the shade by using the electrical sunscreen. You will also find a second dining terrace on this level.
Bedrooms directly near the pool
A void of 6 meters high connects the entrance floor of Villa Moraira with the ground floor, where most bedrooms are located. The void gives room to the dining room and the kitchen, but also creates a place for children to play.

Although Villa Moraira has a security alarm system, there is also a safe for your valuables.
FULLY EQUIPPED
The master bedroom with bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet and scullery, are located on the same floor. The storing facilities on both levels can also be used to store your suitcases during your stay.
On the ground floor of Villa Moraira you also find a separate home cinema room with a 65-inch ultra-high definition screen. A large sofa with two chaise-longue elements makes watching movies extremely comfortable.
Next to the home cinema you will find a utility room. A washer and dryer, both with extra-large capacity, are at your disposal.
SERVICE
One of the biggest advantages of the stay at Villa Moraira is the personal service of the staff. They are professionally trained and will make your stay comfortable with their friendly hospitality.
The reception begins before the arrival at the villa. You do not have to look for the villa yourself, but you will be waited at the toll gate of the highway. From there you will be taken to the villa where you will be welcomed with a drink. Fresh flowers are on the table and you will get a guided tour with explanation about the villa. In the fridge you will find the first food and drinks you need. During your stay will be taken care of cleaning and clean towels. The garden and the swimming pool are weekly maintained.
On your desire the host will be there for special services. If you like your home cook, a babysitter for the children, a guide for a tour: anything can be organized. He also arranges for you a T-time at a golf course and the rental of golf clubs. The host of Villa Moraira possesses a lot of knowledge and information about interesting places to visit in the area.
